Buona Notte debuted this skin-contact Chardonnay in the 2020 vintage, and it quickly became a shop favorite. The fruit comes from an old hillside vineyard in The Dalles, and is hand-destemmed and left on the skins for an average of two weeks. The wine is savory and complex, perfect with a number of summer dishes (grilled cabbage, sausages, tinned fish, etc) with a silky texture reminiscent of its namesake. This is an orange wine that everyone can love.
