An unusual vermouth using a base of natural, unfiltered Asturian cider blended with white wine for its base, Alma de Trabanco’s ‘Quinquina En Rama’ is refreshing and versatile. Flavored with orange peel, lemon and cherry, along with a host of botanicals including wormwood, gentian, star anise and thyme, this unique Quinquina has an herbaceous, fruity and pleasantly bitter flavor profile. Wonderful with soda or tonic, we also like to go ‘full apple’ and splash in a little Son Of Man Sagardo for a lively Spain-meets-Oregon long drink.
