Using recipes developed by famed SF bartender Claire Sprouse, Lo-Fi combines California wines with neutral grape spirits and a host of botanicals to create uniquely American aperitifs. Clean, complex, and crisp, their Dry Vermouth evokes lazy picnics in fields of wild fennel with citrus notes in the air. Hints of elderflower give way to a subtly spicy palate laced with fresh fruit. Made with rhubarb, cocoa, vanilla, wild cherry bark, gentian root, and orange oil, Lo-Fi Aperitifs are free of artificial flavors or colors.
