The Poschiavo mill and pasta factory was started by Augustinian nuns in Poschiavo, Switzerland. In the late 19th century, the Fisler family acquired the property, and t spaghetti is made from coarsely ground hard durum wheat, and the pasta has a nutty flavor and a great chew with a medium thickness and a light brown color with flecks of wheat.
