Famed Sherry producer Lustau entered the vermouth game recently, and we're glad they did. A base of dry Fino lends an unmistakable nuttiness, while small additions of Moscatel and Tintilla de Rota round things out, providing some body a touch of sweetness. The wines are further infused with a blend of 10 botanicals; the result is a floral and herbaceous vermouth with notes of spice, wild strawberries and orange blossoms. Delicious with tonic, soda, and especially Cava.
