Cow's milk

It's a fun sized version of Jasper Hill's award winning Harbison! A  gooey, spreadable, spruce wrapped, soft ripened triumph that's perfect for your picnic or your pocket. Extremely balanced woodsy juniper funk with notes of lemon and mustard. Slice the top off and go at it with a crusty baguette, you can even pop them in the oven for a few minutes if you're feeling extra zesty. One of my all time favorites!
