Native Ecuadorian Sebastian Cisneros arrived in Oregon as a teenage exchange student. Lucky for us, he stuck around, founding Cloudforest in 2018. This bar was inspired by his daughter, and nods to her heritage with the inclusion of Canadian maple and Ecuadorean cacao.
