Four times a year, the Wellspent Cheese Club brings a hand-picked collection of cheeses to Wellspent Market at MacMkt in McMinnville. Each quarterly drop is inspired by the season and selected to give you a chance to discover something new, delicious, and worth sharing around the table.

Each collection typically includes:

• Two hand-selected cheeses, chosen by Diana for the season

• A thoughtful pairing to complement the cheeses

• Crackers or another seasonal accompaniment

• Cheesemonger's notes with stories about the cheeses, their makers, and ideas for enjoying them

Expect a mix of familiar favorites, unexpected discoveries, beautiful cheeses from near and far, and pairings that make you want to pour a glass of wine and linger a little longer.
