Wild Icelandic Kelp

Wild Icelandic Kelp

Produced by Burlap & Barrel
North Atlantic Ocean - Iceland

Wild oarweed kelp, Laminaria digitata, is harvested from the frigid North Atlantic off the coast of Iceland, then dried and ground from wild kelp in a carbon-neutral facility powered by geothermal energy. It has a salty, briny deep umami flavor, perfect for soup, meat or seafood dishes, or sprinkled over toast.
