Spicy and earthy, Bonal is made from an infusion of gentian, cinchona (quinine) and a secret blend of herbs from the famed Chartreuse Mountains. While tradition is to drink neat with a twist, Bonal also mixes well with fresh or hard cider, sparkling wine, Scotch or American whiskies.
