Refreshingly bone-dry, racy and brisk, Bisson’s ‘Glera’ is made with hand-harvested grapes from shockingly steep hillsides in the elite Valdobbiadene district of the Veneto. Closed with a non-traditional crown cap and containing 90% less sugar than most Proseccos, this is our go-to bottle of bubbles for every occasion. Drink by itself or with cheese, salads, fish and vegetable dishes or best of all: fresh oysters on the half-shell.
