We trust them to send us great extra virgin olive oil, and they know we’ll help keep their farms in business because we pay them upfront. Climate change has been especially tough on olive farmers in Europe over the last few years, and our CSA* allows us to provide critical financial support. By purchasing a CSA share you're helping us to raise that money and keep the supply of liquid gold flowing from Italy to Portland.

Here’s how it works:

• You buy a CSA share for $100
• We use the cash to pay the Italian farmers
• 90 days after your purchase, your CSA share is worth $120
• It's good for anything we sell at Wellspent Market, not just olive oil.
