Big news: FRESH PASTA IS COMING TO WELLSPENT! That’s right, we’re partnering with our bud Patrick McKee, the longtime Portland chef who currently mans the stoves at progressive wine bar Dame, and we’re doing a lil’ pop-up in the shop to kick things off. Estes, the name Patrick uses for both his red-sauce Italian pop-up concept and his line of handmade pasta & scratch-made sauces, is an homage to his Italian heritage using family recipes passed down through the generations, and we are beyond excited to welcome him to Wellspent. Come by on Sunday October 13th for a little taste of East Coast heaven, and pick some fresh pasta & sauce to take home.
