Our favorite local knife sharpener is back at our Portland shop this weekend! Genevieve St. Charles uses traditional hand tools to get your blades in tip top shape, and the timing couldn’t be better (ever tried to carve a turkey/ham/goose with a dull knife?). Swing by on Saturday 12/01 from 10am to 6pm to get your most important kitchen tool up to snuff before the holidays for the very reasonable price of $10 a blade (kitchen knives only please, no garden tools or scissors).
