Txiki (pronounced chee-kee) means “little” in Euskara, the Basque language. But Son of Man's blend of two little apple varieties (50% Columbia Crabapple, 50% Muscadet de Dieppe) is big on flavor, with a tart, earthy complexity and warm notes of orange peel and spice. Fermented spontaneously, aged for 6 months in stainless steel, and no added sulfites.
