Lizzy Esqueda fell in love with wine while working in New York's fine dining scene. After years of tasting followed by a course of formal study, Lizzy took the plunge into actual winemaking, working harvests in Oregon and Australia before finally launching her own label. Working with organic fruit and relying on wild yeasts for fermentation, her 2022 Pinot Noir uses 100% Pommard with a 30% whole cluster ratio, adding an undercurrent of peppery freshness to this lithe Willamette Valley Pinot. 15 months in neutral French oak before bottling.
