For over 100 years, Ines Rosales ‘Tortas de Aciete’ have been made in Seville, Spain according to an old family recipe. Free of preservatives or artificial ingredients of any kind, they are still baked in small batches before being individually hand-wrapped in waxed paper. Perfect as an afternoon snack with coffee or tea, they are studded with candied lemon peel and lightly dusted with sugar, and their flaky deliciousness recalls an old-fashioned pie crust cookie.
