Painstakingly handmade in the alpine village of Belp by the Glauser family for over 30 years, each ball is infused with roasted garlic and Himalayan salt then rolled in black pepper and aged for 12 months. This magical little nugget of cheese is meant to be shaved or grated over any dish to add a real big punch of flavor and lactic zing that warmly heats the palate.
