Designed specifically to appeal to kids, Gentile's "Pappa & Pomodoro" line uses the same selected semolina wheat used to make their more traditional pasta shapes. Le Route are little wheels, cut from bronze molds to create a rough and porous texture ideal for holding sauce, and the low temperature drying method known as cirillo preserves the distinct texture and aroma.
