Nikki Guerrero makes Hot Mama salsa, hot sauces, and chili oils in Portland, Oregon, with locally grown peppers. Clarence “Brownie” Hamlin bred the sweet and fruity chili in the 1950's and named the pepper after his beloved Fresno county.
