What happens when deep fried dumplings meet creamy gelato?! We’re not exactly sure either, but we can’t wait to find out THIS SATURDAY when our friends from Kachka swing by the shop to whip up a diabolically delicious treat featuring their world-famous handmade Sour Cherry dumplings combined with Pinolo’s locally made gelato. It’s gonna get wild, it’s gonna get weird, but know this for certain: it’s gonna be reallllllly delicious!

Sandro Paolini makes some of the best gelato on the west coast. His background in farming and agriculture provides inspiration for his rotating seasonal flavors that keep Portlanders lined up down the block at his tiny shop.
