Inspired by his NYC childhood, Harlem-born, Portland-based Chef Rome Bruno is bringing a taste of the Big Apple to Wellspent Market & serving his version of the bodega-famous BEC (bacon, egg & cheese). Deadstock Coffee founder Ian Williams will be on hand serving piping hot Dunkaccinos, and Matta co-owner Sophia Sanchez is popping up her side project Salvie Donuts to provide sweet treats for all.
A life-long food lover, Rome Bruno has turned his passion into a career as a chef, writer, recipe developer and video host. He’s spent time in kitchens on both coasts and written for some of the country's biggest publications, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the extended Wellspent Family.
