Doughnut specialists Lisa Nguyen, draws inspiration from her Vietnamese heritage, where rice flour plays a pivotal role in many desserts. Her venture, HeyDay, is a tribute to her childhood memories of enjoying doughnuts with her late father and celebrating her Vietnamese American experience.
