Andy Young's latest version of carbonically macerated Pinot Gris AKA "The Orange Wine from Oregon" is a fresh, aromatic cocktail of blood oranges and sea spray with just enough grip to stand up to summertime classics like fried chicken, grilled dogs, and salty potato chips. Organic, unfined, and unfiltered, this playful pounder spends about a week on the skins before being bottled with as little sulphur as possible. Notes of peach pie, apricots, and far-off spice markets make this perfect for picnics, BBQs, lazy days by the ocean, and everything else you get up to while the sun is shining.
