Rosenstadt combines German ingredients and technique with an Oregonian sensibility to produce a variety of delicious, award-winning  brews. Their take on the classic Kölsch utilizes Hüll Melon hops for an aromatic, bready beer with a balanced malt profile and fruity hop notes. Slightly hazy, with a restrained 32 IBU, this is one of our go-to everyday beers. Prost!
