Rosenstadt combines German ingredients and technique with an Oregonian sensibility to produce a variety of delicious, award-winning  brews. Their seasonally available Festbier features layers of malts, with notes of everything from fresh bread and toast to almonds, dried fruit, and golden raisins balanced perfectly with floral, spicy hop notes. Excellent alongside grilled sausages and fried potatoes, it's one of our favorite "shoulder season" beers, perfect for the transition from late summer to early fall. Prost!
