Old-vine Bobal, a distinctive native variety with a long history dating back to at least the 7th century BCE, pairs robust acidity with powerful but restrained structure, making for a versatile and food friendly table wine. Layered red berry aromatics meet a palate of bright cherry and a subtle Mediterranean herbaceousness, perfect with tapas, pizza, or simply an evening with friends on the back porch.
