Former chef Michael Lockwood started small, literally: he launched Duality Brewing in a shipping container before making the jump to a proper brick and mortar taproom just up the street from Wellspent HQ in Portland. Duality's still small though, and Mike uses his culinary flavors not often found in beer. Highest Sun is a rustic French-style saison fermented in oak on fig leaves. Super limited, unfiltered & bottle-conditioned. 7% abv.
