A spirited collaboration between local wine hero Andy Young (see: The Marigny) and cook and foodwriter Molly Baz, Drink This Wine is a self-described "imperfect wine for imperfect people with impeccable taste." This whole "don't take it too seriously" 'tude is a hallmark of the Marigny's wines, and when Molly asked Andy to help her create her perfect everyday drinker, he landed on this unconventional blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Auxerrois. The result is a playful, light, chillable "red-ish" wine perfect for food, friends, and fun that Andy says it tastes like "strawberry lemonade, Swedish fish, sunshine drives and the West Coast."
