From waaaaaaaaay down in southern Oregon, Sound & Vision brings us this blend of whole cluster Pinot Grigio (70%) and Riesling (20%) from the Edens' Vineyard in Talent OR kissed with a pinch (10%) of Gewürztraminer from the legendary Layne Vineyard in the Applegate Valley. Aromatically intense with citrus blossom, baking spices, and Tropicalia in spades. Nice bit of tannic grip and screaming acid. Spent 21 days on skins. 10 month élevage in neutral French oak barrels... Only 22 cases produced, bottled unfined and unfiltered and clocking in at a very reasonable 11% ABV.
