Another way to enjoy Basque style cider from Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge, Son of Man's bright Sagardo is fortified with distilled cider and flavored with over 20 different botanical ingredients. This year's release sees the inclusion of pomelo peel, makrut lime leaves, and bay leaves along with bitter orange, gentian and chamomile and is lightly sweetened with agave. The result is a light, summery cocktail in a bottle with restrained bitterness, delightful with alone over ice or with tequila and lime for an apple-inflected twist on a Paloma.
