Made with biodynamically-grown apples from Sauvie Island, just north of Portland in the middle of the Willamette River, Field Run Dry combines early- and late-season maturing Kingston Blacks, Bramley Seedlings, Cornish Gilliflowers and Ashmead's Kernels for a clean, crisp and nuanced cider with notes of oak, apple skins, dried mushrooms, and sherry. Peak Light grows the apples and makes the cider, representing a true farm-to-bottle experience, and their labels include a map of their orchard highlighting the specific trees used to produce it.
