Pastificio dei Campi, Italian for the pasta maker of the fields, comes from the century-old Di Martino company. Made from specially grown durum wheat, extruded through bronze dies, and slowly dried, it’s some of the best Italian pasta available. While sometimes vermicelli is made thinner, Italian versions like this one are always slightly thicker than spaghetti. If you like your long pasta a little thicker, vermicelli is for you.
