A rare and mind-bogglingly delicious Yuzu Sake from master brewer Yamauchi Kunihiro, this is unlike any other rice wine you know. A traditional drink made by mixing yuzu juice, sake and sugar, this bottle of "Yuzushu" is different than most. Based on a prolonged experimentation in order to arrive at the perfect formula, Yoigokochi Yuzu is composed of freshly pressed, unfiltered and additive-free yuzu juice mixed with Miyakobijin’s top quality extra dry yamahai junmaishu (slow-brew pure sake), and relatively little sugar. The yuzu juice content is very high, and some oil and pulp remnants form at the top of the bottle. Shake before pouring, and enjoy on it's own, over ice, or with soda water for the quintessential summer highball. Extremely limited availability.
