Using recipes developed by famed SF bartender Claire Sprouse, Lo-Fi combines California wines with neutral grape spirits and a host of botanicals to create uniquely American aperitifs. Aromatic, layered, and full of spice, their Sweet Vermouth is bright on the front with hints of rhubarb, cocoa, and vanilla and its sweet, creamy finish is balanced out by oak and pleasing bitter notes from gentian and orange oil. Made with citrus fruits, ginger, flowers, spices, & cinchona bark, Lo-Fi Aperitifs are free of artificial flavors or colors.
