Award-winning German Riesling producer Johannes Leitz has managed to do the impossible: create an alcohol-free wine that we actually love to drink. Using high-quality fruit, Leitz first makes a traditional wine before gently "dealcoholizing" it through a process of controlled evaporation (alcohol evaporates at a lower temp than water). The result is a non-alcoholic Riesling that is shockingly wine-like: fizzy and fresh, with a nose of aromatic citrus notes and a palate full of yellow stone fruits. Just the thing when a clear head is the order of the day.
