Cow's Milk

Traditonal hand-ladle moulded, real deal camembert from 80 plus year old Fromagerie Réo. The milk is produced by Normandy cows grazed on pasture by the sea within 18 miles of the creamery. This classic soft ripened stinker is rich in flavor and aromatic strength, complex notes of mushroom, toasted nut, garlic, and hay.
