Fishwife founders Becca Millstein and Caroline Goldfarb—self-described "tinned fish evangelists"—work with small boat fisherfolk, sustainable aquaculture farms, and microcanneries on the Pacific Coast and in Idaho to produce delicious, ethically-sourced canned fish. For their limited edition sardines, they went a bit further afield: caught in the Eastern Atlantic, these rich and flavorful fish are hand-packed with extra virgin olive oil and preserved lemon in Galicia, Spain.
