Eléia grows more than 45,000 olive trees on the Peloponnese peninsula in southwestern Greece. They harvest early, unusual for Greek olive growers, so the koroneiki olives produce robust extra virgin olive oil with a pronounced “peppery” bite, called pungency in the world of olive oil. Use this oil for cooking, salads, or at the table as a condiment.
