Produced by BordigaPiedmont - ItalyEstablished in 1888 outside of Turin, close to the Occitan Alps, Bordiga crafts vermouths with Piedmontese grapes infused with nearly thirty botanicals, many of which are foraged from the mountains nearby. Each botanical maceration happens separately to ensure the best extraction and is then blended into the base of Moscato and Cortese. Fresh, herbaceous and with a pleasantly bitter finish, Bordiga is a great option for 50/50 martinis and also makes an exceptionally refreshing spritz.
