This one is special. Foot-trod organic plums are dosed with a touch of Riesling to start a ferment as the wine is bottled, making this the only plum pet-nat we've ever encountered. Miles away from any "plum wine" you may have tasted before, this special juice is fresh and aromatic and drinks like some kind of celestial lambrusco, with layered notes of berries and ripe orchard fruits. An ABV of 5.5% makes this easy to gulp down, and you can bet we'll be stashing a few bottles away for sunny summer afternoons.
