Look, we all know that going out on a Friday is for amateurs: everywhere's busy, there's nowhere to park, and if you didn't think ahead and make a reservation weeks ago you'll end up stuck on a waitlist for hours; the whole vibe really discourages spontaneously getting together with pals to let loose and welcome the weekend.

Well, we've got the antidote to all of that: our new, semi-regular Thursday is the New Friday event series, and we're kicking things off next week with a real doozy. Sara Hauman of Tiny Fish Co. is teaming up with Brent Braun and Jordan Sowers of Post Familiar wines to host a snack-and-drink hangout at Wellspent Market from 5pm-7pm(ish) on Thursday, August 11th, we're pretty jazzed about it
